Legend Infusion Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Legend Infusion for your products and services. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your subscription.
Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth cancellation process.
1. Base Product Subscription
The base product subscription is a requirement for all customers. It serves as the core of your services with us.
2. Additional Product Subscriptions
You have the option to add additional digital product subscriptions at any time, paid monthly. These additional subscriptions can be cancelled individually at your discretion, before next billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Process
3.1 Individual Additional Digital Product Cancellations
You have the flexibility to cancel any of the additional digital product subscriptions at any time without affecting your base product subscription. To cancel an additional digital product, please follow these steps:
Notify us at billing@LegendInfusion.com of your intent to cancel the specific additional product subscription alternatively via the app.
3.2 Cancellation of All Subscriptions (Including Base Product)
If you wish to cancel all subscriptions, including the base product, you must provide one month’s notice before the next billing cycle. To cancel all subscriptions:
Notify us at billing@LegendInfusion.com of your intent to cancel the specific additional product subscription by completing the necessary form and inserting the tracking number for the return shipment.
You are responsible for payment until all products are returned to us.
4. Billing Cycle
Our billing cycle operates on a base product on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. Digital product operate on a monthly cycle. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, if the cancelation form and tracking number was provided, failing to provide the same the subscription will remain active until kit is returned.
5. Refunds
No refunds after 7 days, of the subscription of the base unit or any additional subscription that includes the base unit.
To qualify for a refund:
- You must request your refund via email billing@LegendInfusion.com and
- Complete the cancelation form and
- Provide a valid tracking number in the cancelation form
All 3 steps above must be done within 7 days of purchase, failing no refund will be due.
Take note that refunds are only applicable on the start date of the base unit, any digital products subscription we have a strict no refund policy.
There is no refunds for the remaining days in your billing cycle once a product and/or digital product subscription has been cancelled.
