By downloading, installing, or using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

Our App is designed for educational purposes only. The information provided through the App is intended to supplement, not replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Note that whenever you voluntarily make your personal information available for viewing by third parties online, such as on blogs, message boards, emails, or in chat areas, the information you share also can be seen, collected and used by third parties, and therefore, we cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information that you voluntarily share.

(b) Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Legend Infusion grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for educational purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.

(a) Use at Your Own Risk: The App and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You acknowledge that your use of the App is at your own risk. Legend Infusion disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

(b) Content Accuracy: Legend Infusion does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided through the App. The App may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on the information obtained from the App.

(c) No Medical Advice: The App does not provide medical advice or establish a healthcare provider-patient relationship. It is your responsibility to consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns or questions.

When a diagnosis is used in a program name or description, we are referring to it as a reference of search and association. We do not admit to treating the condition but addressing the Qi-energy imbalances associated with that condition.

Access to the app may be limited, by Legend Infusion at their discretion.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Legend Infusion and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legend Infusion and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

Legend Infusion reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the USA.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

By downloading and accepting the terms and by using the App with login details provided, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
